Shipping policy


LOCAL PICKUP
Purchased items are available for local pickup from our Montreal studio (by appointment only). Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order prior to pickup. You will receive an email to coordinate a day and time. 
Items will be packed or wrapped for pickup. We kindly ask that you arrive prepared with the appropriate transportation, materials, and help (if applicable), keeping in mind the size, weight, and level of fragility of the item(s). We are not responsible for any damages incurred during or after pickup.
Items MUST be picked up within 14 business days of purchase. Beyond that, you will be charged a storage fee. If a sold item is not picked up within 30 days of purchase, it will automatically be considered as abandoned and taken back into our possession, with no possibility of refund. 

LOCAL DELIVERY
For select items, local delivery is available within a set radius in the Greater Montreal area. Local delivery is NOT included in the purchase price and will NOT be automatically calculated at checkout. Please email onwardmtl@gmail.com prior to purchase to request a custom local delivery quote. All requests are subject to approval.

 

CANADA-WIDE, USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
For select smaller and lighter weight items, shipping is available. Shipping is NOT included in the purchase price. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 
For large to oversized, heavyweight, or very fragile items, shipping can be arranged on a per item/per destination basis. The shipping cost will NOT be calculated at checkout. Please email us at onwardmtl@gmail.com prior to purchase to request a custom shipping quote. All requests are subject to approval. 
Please note that shipping/delivery is at the buyer’s own risk. We take all necessary measures and precautions to protect and secure items prior to leaving our facility. We however cannot be held responsible for any shipping carrier or courier transit damages or losses. For international shipments, all import duties and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
